Mixed Year Group Activities for Matariki

Today for our Matariki activities we worked with Room 9 and Room 19.  We split up and each group had a turn completing an activity with each of the teachers.  It was exciting for us to co-operate and work together on the interesting activities.  Some Room 6 children even helped the Year 8's that were having trouble!  I think that Ashton might be the best knot tier in the whole school :-)

    Our Matariki Day was fun. I loved making the flax flower, I gave it to my mum.
