The Olympic Torch

Mrs. McKay bought in a special mystery item today.  She would not tell the class what it was.  They had to write questions to inquire about the item.  We found out that it was the Olympic Torch from the Sydney Olympics in 2000.  People from all over the world run in a relay race and pass the flame from the torch to the next person in line.  Eventually the flame gets all the way to the Olympic Games, where they use the fire to light the Olympic Cauldron.
